Grades 6-8 tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, schools are encouraged to submit this form as soon as possible. Self-guided tour packets are available upon request for those schools that do not need a tour guide or cannot attend the available tour dates.

 

TOUR GUIDELINES

  • Reservations are required and tours are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Visiting groups cannot exceed 50 student participants.
  • One adult chaperone must be available for every 10 students.
  • Requests must be received a minimum of 15 working days in advance of the requested visit date.
  • Schools are responsible for their own transportation and parking arrangements. Parking can be arranged by Visitor Parking at (520) 621-3710.
  • All requests will be considered and schools will be notified whether or not we are able to accommodate a request within 5 business days of submitting this request.
  • If it is necessary, please cancel in a timely manner in order to free up time slots for other groups.
